CINE 113 Cinema Makeup and Makeup SpecialEffects The goal of this course is to give a broad overview of the responsibilities of the makeup artist on a film or television production and to show how makeup interacts with other departments. The class will also cover specific techniques and tools used in creating makeup looks for cinema, including historical period styles, aging, light special effects and gore. Students will learn how to create a budget, a character proposal, and to work with other members of a production team.
